Purpose of this query

  1. To allow BW users to view the stock quantity and value at material & batch levels.
  2. To allow BW users to view the stock quantity and value based on the difference in days between the Key Date specified by users in the query selection against the following dates:

Example:

  1. Assuming now we are in May 2012 (05.2012). But we want to see the report for Rhodia Asia Pacific Pte Ltd (6062) as of 15th April 2012 (15.04.2012).
  2. To achieve this, first we need to enter 6062 in the mandatory selection Company Code (Selection Option, Mandatory). You are allowed to enter multiple values in this selection if you wish to view multiple Companies in the same report.
  3. Next we need to enter 04.2012 in the selection Calendar Year/Month (Single Value, Mandatory). Only one single value is allowed.
  4. Next we need to enter 15.04.2012 in the selection Calendar Day (Single Value, Mandatory). Only one single value is allowed.
  5. Then click on the button OK to continue.

(A) - (C)This is a formula to calculate the difference in the number of days between the Key Date (Calendar Day) (A) and Batch Expiry Date (C):

Note: This value of this field can be negative because the Batch Expiry Date (C) can be later than the user specified Key Date (Calendar Day) (A).
(A) - (D)This is a formula to calculate the difference in the number of days between the Key Date (Calendar Day) (A) and Batch Last GR Date (D):
