The best way to request either a new File Transfer project, or a change to an existing File Transfer process, is to fill out the MFT Spec Template and then email it to our Support Team and also to Claudio Sapiro for Europe and Vadim Pikovsky for USA . For the Spec Template, please download it and then make changes. Once our team has this, we will review it and be able to have a rough estimate of the workload and when a resource would be able to begin work. A conference call will be scheduled to go over the process to ensure all parties are understanding the process.
