Overview

An "Awsome table" is way to display a Google spreadsheet with advanced functionalities on Google Site pages. This section describes the procedure to embed it into a page in Solvay ONE.

Pre-requisite: the "Awsome table" to embed must be used in a Google site. If needed, you could follow the Awsome table dedicated documentation .

Step-by-step guide

 

Step 1: on Google site side: Get the Awsome table code

 
  1. Reach the Google site page containing the Awsome table

2. Press "F12", then "Select an element to inspect".
3. Click on the first filter of the Awsome table.

4. Scroll-up the bottom pane to display the <iframe ... par of code.

While hovering over this code, the whole Awsome table should be highlighted.

5. Right click this part of the, then choose "Copy"

Step 2: on Solvay ONE side, Insert the code at the right place

Achieve the "Step 2" from the following guide: Embed an "Awesome table" in a Solvay ONE Editorial. 

1. Reach the Staging page of Solvay ONE where you need to insert the table.

 

2. Position in the rich text and from the menu toolbar, click to insert "External Contents" > Embed Code.

3. Copy the iframe HTML code of the awesome table.

Paste into the embedded code window.

You can do a preview of the embedded code by clicking on Refresh button.

It is recommended to have the style width:100% for a better display.

4. Click on the Save button. 
5. Click on Finish Editing.
