Case1 : If Reference User does not have any Z3F-ADH* and/or Z3F-BCM* roles, the in that case, we can proceed further with the Manager approvals to create the user with the all the roles requested in the PI1/SI1 system and provide the password to the user to log in.
After this, ticket can be Resolved.
