| When we receive a request for the PI1 and SI1 system access, then we must check a few things before proceeding. These are in relation to the approvals process and procedure in itself. This document details the same. |
Case 1 : If Reference User does not have any Z3F-ADH* and/or Z3F-BCM* roles, then in that case, we can proceed further with the Manager approvals to create the user with the all the roles requested in the PI1/SI1 system and provide the password to the user to log in.
After this, ticket can be Resolved.
In the below roles, we can see that there are no Z3F-ADH* or any Z3F-BCM* roles. Hence, for this case, Manager approvals are sufficient for proceed with the user request.

Note that all access management activities related to PI1 and SI1 system are to be handled through the PQ1 Client 001 system (CUA - Central User Administration system). |
Case 2 : If the Reference User has the Z3F-ADH* and/or Z3F-BCM* roles then in that case, we can proceed with the Manager approvals to create the user with the all the roles except the Z3F-ADH* and/or Z3F-BCM* roles and provide the password.
In this case, the requester has to be informed to contact the below contacts for the BCM/CICC online access.
Anina Barneva (CICC - Z3F-ADH* roles)
Larissa Duvals (CICC - Z3F-ADH* roles)
Etienne Lobet (BCM - Z3F-BCM* roles)
Brigitte Schepens (BCM - Z3F-BCM* roles)
After this, ticket can be Resolved.
In the below roles, we can see that there are Z3F-ADH* or any Z3F-BCM* roles (Highlighted). Hence, in this case, roles have to assigned apart from the Z3F-ADH* or any Z3F-BCM* roles and once done, the user must be informed to contact Anina Barneva (CICC - Z3F-ADH* roles) and Larissa Duvals (CICC - Z3F-ADH* roles) and Resolve the request.

Reply to the user informing them to contact Anina Barneva or Larissa Duval.
