  1. Job - PF1-020 - SAP_SOA_DELETE_MESSAGES:
    Due to Authorization issue to Delete, the job is failed, hence closing this request from IS side.

  2. Job - PF1-020 - SAP_SOA_TABLE_SWITCH:
    Due to Authorization issue to Table Switch, the job is failed, hence closing this request from IS side.

  3. Job - PF1-020 - Z_ZF_020_D_UPDATE_DUN_LVL:
    Go to Sm37 give the job name and execute


    Filter on canceled jobs and click on spool list and get the customer account and company code.

    Login to FFID – Go to FBL5N and give the customer account and company code and execute

 

Double click on the error

Remove the last dunned level and save

 

4. Jobs related to posting period issue:

  • Job - PF1-020 - AR-IT-DD-FIRST
  • Job - PF1-020 - AR-IT-DD-RECC
  • Job - PF1-020 - Z1F_F13_DAILY
  • Job - PF1-020 - S_ZF_020_O_PF1/SAPF124_IMERYS

 

Guidelines for posting period checks:

  • Go to OBY6 transaction code and take the posting period variant for the respective company code
  • Go to OB52 and give the posting period variant
  • Check if the posting period is maintained for the posting period variant. If not maintain posting period for the current period.
  • When you check the company code near to the description *D* if seen that company code is deactivated. In those cases you can close the case mentioning –Company code deactivated closing the ticket from IS team.

 

How to check company code for jobs:

 

Go to SM37 give the job name and execute and filter on canceled job

Go to job step

 

Go to Se38 – Always check in Quality first to check if it is report or transaction

Click on variants and give variant name

Click display

5. Job - PF1-020 - X_ZF_020_0861_ANNULRISQ:

We have analyzed and found that company code 0861 is deactivated in PF1 system. So all the jobs related to this company code will be failed. Closing this ticket from IS team

 

6. Job: Z_ZF_020_O_CROCO_IMPUT_DOWN

7. Job: Z_ZF_020_O_CROCO_IMPUT_DOWN-1

If Croco Impute down jobs were cancelled in SM37, we have to re-run the job

Need to check the locked entries in transaction code: SM12 by giving table name: Z1F_CROCO* with User Name as ‘blank’.

If the CroCo table is locked by any user, send an email to the user by taking their email id from SU01D transaction to unlock the CroCo table (inform them there is job failed and need to re-run again).

If the CroCo table is not locked, we can re-run the jobs which was failed with FF Access from SM37 select the failed Job > Go to Menu > Repeat Scheduling > immediate. Check and Save.

 

8. Job - PF1-020 - FI_WEEKLY_VAT_REPORT_2:

As per the program condition, it should be execute with Week wise or 8 days. We are closing the request from IS side

 

9. Job - PF1-020 - S03CCR VENDOR:

This login issue of the User and comes in Access Management, hence closing from RTR side.

 

10. RCS_FI_CROSS-NEWS graph in error:

This request is not under IS, Hence closing the request.
