You can create a ticket and explain to us what is your request → A server or workspace access, a DynaSys account, etc.

You can create a ticket through FRESHDESK or SOLVIA.

FRESHDESK TICKET

1) Once you have reached FreshDesk website, click on "Submit your request"

2) Select "IS Request" in the drop-down list

3) The form that you will have to fill in appears on your screen

  • Write your subject and select "Industrial and Planning (I&P)" in the process drop-down list.
  • You will also need to select your application. For DynaSys, you either have DynaSys DP or DynaSys DIP-PP. Put the one you are concerned about for your request.
  • In the description part, you can write your explanation about your problem: what is it about? How does it appear? Does it appear every time?
  • You can also attach a file: Screenshot or video 
  • Finally, you will have to choose the priority for your request.

Once all information you have filled in is correct, click on the button "Submit".


Once you've completed this form, our team will solve your issue as soon as possible.


SOLVIA TICKET

1) Once you reach Solvia website, fill in the following information:

  • The subject of your issue
  • The description of your issue (provide as much details as possible as the application, the system, the transaction name, etc.

2) Click on "CC" to put the email address of the person(s) you want to receive a copy of this Solvia ticket.

3) Click on :

  • The "Attach documents" button to attach documents or screenshots that will help to resolve the issue.
  • The "Priority" drop-down list to give the priority of the ticket: low, medium, high or urgent.

Once all information you have filled in is correct, click on the button "Submit".

As soon as you submit your request, you will receive an email with your ticket number and the information you filled in.
