The target stock in Dynasys is the addition of Safety Stock + Cycle Stock + Contractual Safety Stock + In Transit Inventory from DIP.

The planner's agreed target stock is a field that will allow the user to manually override the Target Stock. It is meant to be used for Items with no Target Stock.
