SCREEN is 2 Log & Pack Dashboards providing Cost transparency & key performances analysis.



What ?

  1. One Single Source of Truth for Procurement, Package Owners, Supply Chain and Finance, but also for Business as well in GBU and at Excellence Center ⇒ Costs reconciled with P&L
  2. Providing Cost transparency making links between flows from Plants to Customers, Vendors & Packages including Volumes Sold, delivered and handling units,....
  3. Providing understanding of action impacts  from various programs (E2E program, & all GBU projects) 
  4. Leading to a standard way to assess performances
  5. Supporting the identification of process issues and quality of data



Access

Access to the SCREEN Qliksense dashboards has to be requested : Qlik Access Request Form .

Access to the SCREEN BW queries has to be requested : BW Access Request Form (for some guidance in BW, see BUSINESS WAREHOUSE)


Perimeter

Currently SCREEN Application contains data coming from the  PF1 and WP1 ERP servers.

SCREEN is based on the new Solvay Group Taxonomy : see following pages for more info


Data update

  • For month M & M-1 : automatic upload:
    • every day between D-2 & D+7 (where D = 1st working day of a month)
    • weekly on saturdays
  • Full load (Y,Y-1,Y-2) : 
    • once a month at D+8

Screen BW data are not stored (retrieved from all others applications (FI, Logistics (Tiers), Master data).
