Step-By-Step
Step 1 - Locate the list | ||

PIM Studio > Settings > Value List > PIM > List |

Step 2 - Identify the possible connection to the list | ||
|---|---|---|
1. Check if list is imported from another source system | How: WIP | |
2. Check if list is exported to another source system | ||
| 3. In the event of value deletion, check with all PIM champions user affected or PiM product owner | ||
Step 2 - Create a new value | ||
|---|---|---|
| If the value should be in specific tree of the attribute, go to the level, before creating the value |

Value must have an external key that follows the same pattern as previous | See screen shot below | |
| Value must have an English Value | See screen shot below | |
| Other languages values are to be used for future | See screen shot below | |
| Parent folder value are used to place the value under a tree. It can be modified by dragging the value |
