ISSUE-At PO 4513654336 In SC 1003388988 al the line are create in urgency code 99 but In ATB /Prq 4003232043 the code from 10-70 has suddenly changed to code 30 in SAP.

Request: To Understand why a SC created with a Requirement Urgency 99 (no urgent) was transformed into a Requirement Urgency 30 (urgent) once PREQ / PO generated in SAP.
SOLUTION:
There is an automation in SAP that automatically changes the default 99 to a 30 when the PReq/PO item is considered as Critical OR Capex:
Some lines of that PReq have the default 99 value while others were automatically changed by SAP to value 30: This happened because:
The value 30 informs the Service Centers that the items must be handled with special care and attention.
