In this view the User will upload the Unit Contribution Margin.

Note: if during the same session user has changed/adjusted the "Proposed Valuation Class for P&I", we recommend either pressing F5 (refresh) to refresh the view in the "Contrib Margin" tab, or "Reload" button to load the full workspace again.

1> The user can choose from €/kg and U$D/kg (the U$D/kg is intended mostly for US users)

2> We only display the Finish Goods & Intermediates. Note: a) Contribution Margin is a data mostly available for FG & Int, not so much for Raw Materials. b) Raw Materials' Contribution Margin is not really used in the Decision Tree calculations but they are kept & displayed for the sake of exhaustivity.

Note Pablo (as of July 23rd 2021): there is an on going interface to automate 'Unit Contribution Margin' feeding from BW COPA query:

Query name: BW PL Integrated Margin CM/GM Query

Query technical name: BW_QRY_MVCOPA01_0004

In this query, we have both the 'Plant' (Shipping Plant) and the 'Production Plant'.

What follows needs to be confirmed:

Since we can have 2 types of flows for Production plant (ex: Spartanburg)

  1. Spartanburg -> External Customer (direct flow) => for this one Shipping plant = Spartanburg / Prod plant = Spartanburg

  2. Spartanburg -> Warehouse -> External Customer (indirect flow) =>  => for this one Shipping plant = X (ex: Sunderland)  / Prod plant =Spartanburg

It seems that for Production Plant, we would need to group by Material@Production Plant before importing the 'Unit CM'.

The rule would be then as follows:

> For Shipping plants, we would need to use (group by) the Material@Shipping Plant before importing the 'Unit CM'

> For Production plant, we would need to use (group by) the Material@Production Plant befire importing the 'Unit CM'
