CLT Proposed: will be calculated outside DynaSys, with a formula in the xls file, taking into account the median historical CALT and the wished CALT

CLT Wished: will be calculated outside DynaSys, the market put this number as an input in the xls file shared with them.
Agreed CALT: result from the conversations with the market, review sku by sku
