Keepeek 360° lets you find your files by various means.
The most natural method is to view the classification plan (which requires a good knowledge of the tree structure). It is also possible to view media through the thesaurus tree structure
A full text search is a very simple search method: you enter the words in the search field and all media indexed using this word is displayed. During these searches, facets are particularly useful for rapidly filtering results, guided by media indexing.
For more detailed searches, you can use search forms based on the media's fields. This search mode is very specific. You can also search several field values in a single search.
The search history lets each user find their previous searches (in particular advanced searches).
Customised views correspond to a dynamic display of the classification plan according to the criteria you have defined. This feature lets you find badly indexed files easily.
If your media is mainly location based, searching by geographical area many be more relevant.
In the same way, photos of people can be viewed via a face search.
