• Main rule :

For Origin Flow CCA, OPA or WBS, the Site is determined by the profit center of the Responsible cost center. Business Rules

1. In case the responsible cost center is missing, it is necessary to update the respective order/WBS by adding the correct responsible cost center => Contact Curitiba Team
2. In case there is a responsible cost center already filled but it is a reporting cost center, it needs to be corrected, as all the reporting cost center should be closed as of May.
   • If the origin flow is OPA or WBS, the object should be updated to have the new organizational cost center that replaced the reporting cost center used.
3. In case there is a responsible cost center already filled (non-reporting), the profit center of that cost center might be obsolete, not linked to any Plant (eg profit center without a plant in the field "Department"), so it's necessary to update the master data accordingly (the master data of the profit center, or use a different profit center).
   • If the profit center starts with the company code and not with a Plant (WP1), it's necessary to update the cost center master data to use one profit center linked to the plant.
   • If the profit center starts with the plant (WP1) or is "Cplant" (PF1), it's because it's missing to include the respective plant in the field "Department" of the profit center master data.

• Origin Flow WIFI_LEASE --> The Site is determined based on the profit center of the cost center of the IFRS16 contract
