Definition

A product catalog exists on solvay.com. It provides a description for a part of the Solvay's product catalog. 

It is available for both Distributers and Customers.

Accessing points

This capability can be accessed through several points in MSP detailed below : 

Homepage - Menu (DISTRIBUTERS)

Homepage - Footer (DISTRIBUTERS and CUSTOMERS)

The capability is only a link to Solvay.com capability.

Product Finder (Digital Assistant) 

 - Built within the same community as for Partners but with a different homepage, these users have access to Product Finder, Webinars and Sample Orders.    

Accessing points

This capability is only available for customers and can be accessed through several points in MSP as detailed below : 

Homepage - Menu (CUSTOMERS)

In the Product Finder customers can search products which are related with their Markets, each of the Markets have different filters with different values (multiselecting is allowed) :  

When users click the product name or discover they a new browser page opens up with the Product details:

In the Formulations tab the documents appear automatically and user can download either from the name or from the button: 

In the Documentation tab the customer can search and download SDS, TDS, General Statements, Certificates and Marketing Documents, the country and and Language filters are dynamic according with the type of document selected:
