iManage is a Document Management System specialized in legal processes and organization. Inside Solvay it's used by General Counsel department for keeping track of all the information related to their projects, investigations and tasks.

The main technical advantage that iManage has versus other tools is their specialization in typical Legal tasks as e-mail conversation archive, red-line versions comparison of Microsoft Office Documents, securely sharing documents with external collaboration legal firms, and creation of versions for sharing with counterparties.
