As for the security aspects, in Flexdesk / SWOW mode, here are the Group rules issued by our Group Security department : 

• The flexibility of the new spaces (no more dedicated desks) does not allow secure cable for each laptop (with individual key). Nevertheless all employees must ensure asset and data protection.
• Therefore, each employee has individual access to a personal locker that can be used to place his/her personal belongings and his/her laptop.
• Specific attention should be brought during the lunch break, as considered the most critical. The placement of the PC in the locker is imperative at this time.
• For breaks: Coffee, photocopying, small talk, bathroom: The risk is acceptable as long as the clean desk policy is well applied and the laptop is systematically locked.

In addition, the Group Security team has reinforced the access standards to the site and to the areas in general.
