Tasks to be completed when documenting an operation (from creation to publication)

 1. Enter the Title of the operation / page

2. Add the following Labels

    • Scope of applicability: ww, country_accounting 

    • Country or group of countries (if applicable): belux, china, france, italy, lam, nam, uk_ie, bulgaria, dach, netherlands, iberia, poland, latvia, australia, india, japan, south_korea, thailand, singapore, new_zealand, emea_transversal, apac_transversal

    • Unit and Domain according to the List of labels to be used in the Finance Service Line space

      • E.g. 1: WW Operation in Financial Accounting under domain "Central Finance Processes & Compliance":
        • Labels to be used: ww, financial_accounting, central_fin_proc_compliance

      • E.g. 2: France Operation in Financial Accounting:
        • Labels to be used: country_accounting, france, financial_accounting
          (for country operations, the Domain is always country_accounting)


3. Fill in all fields as described above

4. Name the title of each section using OPD methodology naming convention - Infinitive verb without the “to”, mainly action verb...something) - " I do something..."

5. Once the description of the operation is completed, ensure it is approved and published by launching the SBS-Finance approval workflow 




Domain: 1. Enter the Domain identified in OPD matrix (for Country specific operations, Domain = Country Accounting)



Responsibility area: 2. Enter the responsibility area described in OPD matrix ("N/A" for Country Accounting Operations)

1. Objective and Scope

1.1. Objective of this Operation

The purpose of this document is help you to fill a report for a public entity of statistics "INE":

The goal of this report is produce a set of indicators in a short period to show the evolution of:

  • Sales by destination;

  • Stocks;

This procedure applies to the following Spanish company in PF1: 

  • 0245: SOLVAY QUIMICA S.A.

3. Tasks description

This Procedure consists in 2 parts basically. The first is get the information from SAP and with help of the excel file collect all important information to in the second part report in INE Website

3.1. Responsibilities

  • Accounting Platform – Prepare all information and submit the declaration.

3.2. Periodicity

This report must be delivery every month until D+4

Example from previous periods in the Link download the last excel done. 


3.3. I extract the SAP information for IRIA

3.3.1. I run the SAP transaction KE30

Select report ZZZ-SOLVFC

The outcome of this step should be as follows:

Select company code, fiscal year and the closing period and run: 

In navigation panel add, country and select drilldown list , after that select column R10000 Net Sales, go to EDIT/ Column/ On/Off

Select only R10000 Net Sales

Go to Report/ Export... choose Copy page to XXL 

After extraction done, hide column D and select columns C and E

Copy selected information to excel file tab datos ventas

3.3.2. I run the SAP transaction GR55 / ZEF4

Select company code, the closing period and run:

The outcome of this step should be as follows:

Go to System/ List/ Save/ local file

Copy the information to excel tab GR55 ZEF4 extract in column b cell 2: 

Now all information necessary to fill out the INE form is complete in tab encuesta

3.4 I submit the Encuesta in INE website

We receive the following automatic e-mail with the information to access the encuesta: 

Go to INE website, click on Acesso in box Cumplimentar encuestas

In box Acceda a cumplimentar su encuesta, fill with the information provided from e-mail received:

The outcome of this step should be as follows:

Do not change the data. Proceed in next page with the encuesta:

Fill out it with the information from excel file:

If the following error appears, please fill out the box with the text below: 

  • Valor de la cifra de negocios y desglose por mercados verificado y correcto. Valor de existencias de materias primas, otros aprovisionamientos y mercaderías verificado y correcto. Valor de existencias de productos verificado y correcto.
