This article shows how to fix the pending / failed roles in SAP PF1 / SF1 system in IDM

PF1 and SF1 Systems

PF1 is the Production Environment and the SF1 is the Pre Production Environment.

Step-by-step guide

• If the status of any roles is showing failed or pending for any user in SAP PF1 / SF1 System in IDM
• We are required to add a note in the ticket to :-  Veerle Ravijts ( veerle.ravijts@solvay.com ) OR SoonAik WEE ( soonaik.wee@solvay.com )
• Once the roles are fixed by Veerle or SoonAik  user will get the access of the respective roles  in SAP PF1 / SF1 system
• For example you can see the below attached screenshot

After fixing the Failed / Pending roles by Veerle user got the required access in SAP PF1 / SF1 System please see the below attached screenshot :-
