We see this generally in few requests, without checking to which GBU plant code belongs an access is being processed which can lead to wrong assignment .


So, to avoid this mistake , please follow the below steps while assigning any roles related to plant code

  1. Please use the below sheet to check whether to which GBU respective plant code belongs:  
  2. Secondly, please check the table agr_1252 to check whether roles are aligned to  GBU respective plant code
  3. If yes, then please assign the role by checking the site in the above spreadsheet
  4. If no, then we need to proceed further in role modification (kindly check with Gbariela)
