Working on Accolade required 2 parts
1) Application Access : which allow you to view project information via browsers

2) Software installation : Accolade add-ins version 12.3.4.500 to allow you to use Microsoft Office template (Excel) to save/exchange date with accolade system

  1. Application Access Request (Generic) via Service One
    1. Catalog / Access & Applications / Application Access Request / Application Access Request (Generic)
      Click Request New and Click Next

    2. Choose Request Type (required) and "Please select the system" type in “Accolade (Biarritz)” or "Wego" to pick from the available list.
      At the Additional information you can specific role and reference user for quicker service from support team.
    3. Submit request


  2. Software Installation Request [Workstation] via Service One
    1. Catalog / Workplace Services / Computers & Accessories / Software
      Click Request New
    2. Choose Device (required) and "Software Requested (required)" type in “Accolade (Biarritz)” or "Wego" to pick from the available list.
    3. Input "Business justification (required)" and click Submit request  





You can request the license by filling out this form (for the “Please select the system” question, you have to type in “Accolade (Biarritz)” or "Wego" and wait about 5 seconds until it shows up in the list and then select it).
