PF1 is the Production Environment and the SF1 is the Pre Production Environment.

This article shows: How to Provide access in SAP PF1/SF1/QF1 system for the Bunch of roles based on reference user

• If the user is asking for the access of bunch of the roles based on the reference user in sap PF1/QF1/SF1 System

           for example you can see the below attached screenshot .

•  Then in this case first we have to check the user for whom the access is requires is existing in the mentioned system or not if not

           Then we will  proceed with the help of reference user ID If the reference user have bunch of roles then we will filter some roles based

            on region of the user.

• If the some access for the user is missing after giving the access in IDM for the mentioned system and user is comeback to us again 

          Then we have to ask to the user to provide the list of transaction.

• After giving the access  by us for the provided transaction by the user and user got all the access
