1, Read the Ticket description carefully or get information from user in which system he/she need access.
2, In this Ticket user given wrong information about Transaction code, wrongly Mentioned " ZF1_INVENTORY_SMOG " instead of "ZFI_INVENTORY_SMOG"
If There is no Bu role for that particular T code. Kindly check with Gabriela (gabriela.andrade@solvay.com).

3, Kindly check with user GBU in IDM, any chance of finding BU roles.
4, When analyzing access for users that are with GBU Controllers, always start checking the roles that have the name "Controlling"
