Step-by-step guide

1. User is asking Multiple system access in SAP we can follow the Belows steps.
2. First we can find out user is CGI user or Non CGI  user 
3. Based on user function and department we can find out the user
4. User is CGI user we can assign we can assign this to user IS - CGI - STD ROLE this is the base role of IS user
5. User is NON-CGI user we can assign we can assign this to user IS - SLV - STD ROLE is the base role of IS user

       In this sinario user is NON-CGI and he is asking access for below systems.

Gudsis and SRM those system Veerle.ravijts(veerle.ravijts@solvay.com)is given the access.

 we can assign the below IS STD roles.

Onces manager is approve the roles user will get the SAP Access.
