PF1 is the Production Environment.

The problem in this ticket is that was requested to Reactivate of user RU40154, but the user has been globally locked on all systems since 28/11/2016.

The problem is that in GUDSYS for the Personal Identification we had two users (one temporary user and the user RU40154 - same person).

Normally when a user is deactivate globally and the reactivation is requested, the rule is that HTR creates a new user with new credentials.

Normally when a user has been globally deactivated for some time and the reactivation is requested, the rule is that HTR creates a new user with new credentials.

Since this change of userid was not appreciates to, after discussion with HTR has reactivated the userid RU40154.
