We have 8 different types of HR roles in the system, based on the request received we have to enable respective HR role to the employee. \

1.  Site HR
2. HR Payroll
3. SBP/SBA
4. Head of GBU
5. HR Operations
6. HR Recruiter
7. IT Authorizations HR
8. Other HR Actor

To Enable permissions of any HR user, first we need to assign users to respective granted permission groups and workflow groups. Then we have to we to create a user in PP2 System and have to assign respective BW roles (to access HR specific reports/dashboards) in IDM system. And we also have to create all new HR users in SAC system to enable them to access 'People at Solvay' & Better Life at Work' dashboards.
