In order to allow the update of OEE data into Eschbach the following pre-requisites should be checked before starting importing data:

• The service account used to connect should have read access to the PI server
  • For the direct connection it is the account used for running the IIS application ( the gMSA account that the application uses)
  • For the connection via OPC router it is a dedicated service account
• Know the PiWebAPI url
• Process cell path to retrieve (ex. \\ITSPIAS19\SPI_Specialty\Systems\Eschbach\Tecnoflon)
• Verify that the communication between the MES server and the Eschbach server is authorized on port 443
