In order to have an HR Site fully validated and with all the proper accesses the following 4 steps below need to be completed:
Grant the permission group according to the scope (action in Success Factors);
Grant the global permission group (action in Success Factors);
Update ‘ZHR_AUTH_SF_IDM’ table (action in PP2_130 - Gudsis)
Grant access to ‘People at Solvay’ and to ‘Better live at Work’ dashboards (in SAC)
- Grant access to Onboarding dynamic groups - FOR US ONLY (action in Success Factors)
- Go to ‘Manage Permission Groups’ and search for the HR Site permission groups (CS - HR - Site - XX - SOLVAY). Since the access of this actor is by country there is a group per country. Open the permission group, add the username of the new Site HR and select ‘done’.

- Go to ‘Manage Permission Groups’ and search for the global HR Site permission groups (CS - HR Global Site - SOLVAY - Granted), the aim of this group is to have listed ALL HR Sites and it is being used in several business rules as support to position creation and promotion processes. Open the permission group, add the username of the new Site HR and select ‘close’.

- Go to PP2_130 (Gudsis) to update table ZHR_AUTH_SF_IDM. This information will be integrated into IDM and access to BW reports in the WBP system will be automatically granted. The new HR Site should be added in the table via SM30 transaction.
Object ID → Employee ID
PersNo → Payroll number (if does not exist, the Employee ID should be added)
User → Username
HR Site dp → a ‘x’ should be added
Start date → date of the assignment
End date → 31.12.9999

- The access to SAC is managed by the CGI team.
- For the Onboarding process due to technical constraints on the maximum number of visible tasks there was a need to split the US country in 8 site groups. Following this when validating an HR Site for US it’s important to understand what will be the scope of that person in the Onboarding process and adjust the ‘onboarding dynamic groups’ accordingly. In Success Factors go to ‘Manage Onboarding Dynamic Groups’ and add the user name of the new Site in the indicated group.
