General description: 


Sheet to understand the distribution of costs over the years and months with a particular focus on the impact year. We find predefined graphs where users have the possibility to change the axes with a wide range of available dimensions. 
There are also tables to analyze in detail the initiatives.


Filters: 


With these buttons you can filter the perimeter of the dashboard according to your needs. When one or more filters are applied they are also applied to all the pages of the dashboard.

  • Year Impact: Year when the initiative will have the impact

Currency and aggregation: 


Standard currency used is Euro €. 

By default data is displayed in €, possibility to switch to K€ and millions.



Monthly evolution chart: 


The Evolution Chart can be displayed with the combination of different dimensions. By default the current month load is selected. It is possible to change the layout of the chart’s bottom axe.You may also change the display content of the chart’s column - updated in the legend. The two important ones are split by Stage and split by Macro Package. 

It’s also possible to change the side axe of the chart to display two different KPIs: 

  • Weighted Total 
  • Investment Total

  • Month year loading,Hierarchical region, GBU, Macro Package, Package, Cluster,Site Country, Year, Stage
  • Hierarchical Macro Package, Hierarchical region, GBU, Macro Package, Package, Cluster,Site Country, Year (Impact), Stage  



List of initiative by Macro Package: 


In this table you will find by default the Initiatives grouped by Industrial and Non-Industrial Macro Packages, split by “Year (Impact)”, which allows to observe the expected initiatives savings impacting the budget from the current impact year and 2 impact years to come. 

By default display the current month pipeline. When selecting different months pipelines these tables will display the most recent data load details. To be align with the Monthly evolution chart, please select the current Month Year loading. 



Detailed list of initiatives: 


At the detailed list of initiatives table you will find all initiatives registered in Convergence under F2G scope, including cancelled and rejected initiatives. Cancelled and rejected initiatives estimated savings are turned to zero and do not affect the total savings value. Initiatives details is by default the current month status. 

Details KPIs:

  • Variance to last month % : variance of the Total weighted amount vs previous month
  • Variance to last July % : variance of the Total weighted amount vs July (VA days initiatives), this field will only have values as from July 2022
