Context

When a new Chromebox is registered, a name must be defined. 

 Naming convention

 The name is structured like this: <country code of the site><site code>-CB<chromebox number>

• <country code of the site>: country ISO code (2 digits)
• <site code>: Solvay site code (3 digits) based on this list
• <chromebox number>: sequential number (3 digits) based on column A of the inventory
