The Solution and Formulation Chemistry Lab is focused on the characterization of polymers in solutions and dispersions.

Molecular weights, diameters of particles, viscosity, density and colloidal stability are the main properties studied by the team during a polymer development/production process.

Both for sperimental and production products, those properties are crucial  because they  influence the final performances of the polymers.

The main customers of Solution and Formulation Chemistry Lab are:

- Production Plants

• Gel Permeation Chromatography (GPC)
• Viscosity (intrinsic/inherent, kinematic and dynamic) and density
• Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS)
