This article show you you How to create and modify the user in SAP XMII system

NOTE :-  This system is only available for IS USER only and not for any end user

• After you log in you click on Security Services and then go to User Management 

• After you click on user Management you will see 6 options. Create User, Copy to New User, Delete, Unlock, Lock and Generate Password

              1.To Create a user click on create user. The most important information to fill in is General information, Account Information, Assigned Roles and Assigned Groups. This information should be provided to you on the ticket itself. After you complete click save and send the user the password. 

         2. Next option is Copy to New User. Type in the username you want to copy. This should be provided on the ticket. Type in the username you want to copy and click Go as shown below.

•      When you get the screenshot above now select the new user, it will be highlighted in Orange and then you click on Copy to New User.

•  Now the only information you have to edit is the General Information tab as shown below. Please make sure to remove the last name, fiesta name and email address and put in the new user you want to copy. After this is completed click save and share the new password with the newly created user.'

• Next is Delete. You type in the username that needs to be deleted. Click Go and then highlight the user name. Once it’s highlighted Orange now you can press delete and the user ID will be deleted. Same goes if you want to lock, unlock or generate a new password for the user.
