Issue: In this request user needs access for the adding roles in the PI1 system . Please see the screenshot for Reference.

What mistake is done from my side:
First I checked the user having access for the respective roles or not , user does not have access. Later I gave the roles in PI1 system and closed the ticket, Without checking the roles in SAP . But user does not have access for the respective roles.
What should be done to avoid Escalation:
After assigning the roles we need to check the user in SAP having access for the respective roles or not. Please see the screenshot for Reference

Now user having access for the roles in PI1 system. Now we can closed the ticket.
