Issue: User asking for the access for the respective transaction codes in Pre-production system (WV1) system. Please see the screenshot for Reference.

Mistake done my side:

We gave access for the  production system also instead of giving access to only pre-production system. please see the screenshot for Reference.

What should be done to avoid Escalation:

Before assigning to access to any system , make sure which system user asking access Wither production , Quality & Pre-production systems, and assign the access accordingly to which user exactly wants.
