The capacity planning is a reporting of the production plan which is available in a monthly and a weekly query.
The monthly query : BW - Capacity planning - Monthly (Core Query) BW_QRY_CUB_CAPM_0001
The weekly query: BW - Capacity planning - Weekly (Core Query) BW_QRY_CUB_CAP_0001
- Prod: Quantity planned to be produced in the resource in that period (Planned orders & Process orders)
- Stream (85%) : OEE which is 85 by default → the capacity is multiplied with Stream
- Capacity: number of hours available in the period
- Cap. Con: The hours allocated on the resource
- Capa cons %: % if capacity utilization

ZWPPT042 : The capacity planning query is fed by the table ZWPPT042. Once a day the table is created as a snapchat of the planned orders and process orders. Choose As MRP elmnt ind. : → PA should be chosen for Planned orders → FE should be chosen for Process orders Choose the plant Choose the snapshot as DAY | |
Table lists all of the planned and process orders which feed the capacity planning reporting. The differences from SAP & report may come from the fact that the table is created once a day. If the orders are created afterwards, will not be reflected on the table. | |
