In this page we explain step by step how to request access to the Costa request


Access the form

Click here to open the SAP Application Access Request 

And click the button 



Fill the form

Your user data is pre-filled, you can directly click the button 

Select "Assign authorizations to existing user" if you already have a user BW, if not choose "User Creation"

Then select: 

  • Access needed for: Production 
  • Select the system: SAP WBP - BW Business Warehouse

  • Inform your GBU & Location

Then select: 

  • Business role: COSTA - Cost Transparency 

Click "yes"

Enter the description of your need



Submit the form

Click the button to submit your request
