5- the lamps can be lit during the trip but not filled on board the aircraft,
6- a fire extinguisher must be near to the person trained to use it,
7- the crew members must be informed verbally about this transport and the Captain must receive a copy of the approval,
8- the sections concerning the proper shipping name, hazard class and packing group and emergency response measures had to be provided to the Captain.
