 1. Enter the Title of the operation / page

2. Add the following Labels

    • Scope of applicability: ww, country_accounting 

    • Country or group of countries (if applicable): belux, china, france, italy, lam, nam, uk_ie, bulgaria, dach, netherlands, iberia, poland, latvia, australia, india, japan, south_korea, thailand, singapore, new_zealand, emea_transversal, apac_transversal

    • Unit and Domain according to the List of labels to be used in the Finance Service Line space

      • E.g. 1: WW Operation in Financial Accounting under domain "Central Finance Processes & Compliance":
        • Labels to be used: ww, financial_accounting, central_fin_proc_compliance

      • E.g. 2: France Operation in Financial Accounting:
        • Labels to be used: country_accounting, france, financial_accounting
          (for country operations, the Domain is always country_accounting)


3. Fill in all fields as described above

4. Name the title of each section using OPD methodology naming convention - Infinitive verb without the “to”, mainly action verb...something) - " I do something..."

5. Once the description of the operation is completed, ensure it is approved and published by launching the SBS-Finance approval workflow 


Domain: 1. Enter the Domain identified in OPD matrix (for Country specific operations, Domain = Country Accounting)

Responsibility area: 2. Enter the responsibility area described in OPD matrix ("N/A" for Country Accounting Operations)

1. Objective and Scope

1.1. Objective of this Operation

The objective of the Structural Statistics of companies in the trade sector is to know the structural and economic characteristics of companies engaged in activities related to the sale and repair of motor vehicles and motorcycles, wholesale and retail trade, and trade intermediaries.

This statistic, governed by Regulation 295/2008 of the Parliament and of the Council of the European Union, provides information on the structural characteristics of companies in the Commerce sector, such as their size, economic data (income and expenses), as well as the structure of employment and investment.

In order to improve the processes of the structural surveys of companies, the "Project for the integration of structural surveys of companies" has been carried out. This project supposes for the three sectors of study (Industry, Commerce and Services) an integrated questionnaire, a harmonized sample design, the joint and simultaneous collection, the homogenization of the development processes and the simultaneous diffusion

3. Tasks description

In April we receive an e-mail from INE asking us to deliver the statistics named “Estadística Estructural de Empresas”. (see example below)

In this e-mail there is always a link to the form, username and password to submit it.

Notes:

  • The examples presented in this document are based in the statistics presented concerning year 2018;
  • Don’t use decimal separators (no “.” and no “,”);
  • The figures must be registered with the opposite signs comparing to report ZEF4 in transaction GR55.
