By Payroll In-depth knowledge we mean any knowledge related to: - The end-to-end payroll process
- Gross to net calculation
- Payroll and time & attendance system logic
- Social security information
- Tax information
- Legislation and statutory rules
- Declarations
- Complex cases, i.e. combination of events impacting the net salary
- Translate technical language into transparent actions for the team and/or communicate to employee
- Bridge between payroll provider and employee, for example by raising change requests with the payroll providers
- Able to make impact assessments and take action on:
- Prorations
- Garnishments
- Compliance issues
- Escalations
- Audit findings
- Provide insightful advice to stakeholders.
