As of this date, the squad only participates in Daily Stand Up meetings and Sprint Retrospective, the squad does not engage in backlog refinement, sprint review and sprint planning. Not having a proper grooming session is the reason why we are having stories in a sprint duration that last for over a sprint to a quarter.
- Burndown chart is static below for the following reasons- The burndown chart is supposed to capture the progress of the stories picked up by the squad members at the beginning of the sprint and progress as it's moved from to-do to done but the squad is not totally conversant with how to use Jira by moving ticket from one status to another-Tools to capture visibility are duplicated. We are using the L5, Jira and Miro for the same purpose and attention is divided and efforts are duplicated.
- -Sprint 21 start date was August 1,2022 but did not start till August 5, 2022 as so many stories on Jira were not understood.
