  • Add a group of activities from Dynasys on the [TS][NC] Sales

  • I and the PO are working constantly to make sure that Jira is properly updated with the right columns and simplified enough to keep everyone aligned with what needs to be delivered at the end of the sprint
  • Struggles with the backlog as the functional analyst work parallel to the developers in an Active Sprint (meeting with Ola to suggest ways of achieving that so that the backlog can show what is being done by FA's in the sprint) which will help us improve our Wow
  • The introduction of Jira is going to make it easy to educate the squad on the use of Story point in the near future
  • Working on the PI planning in preparation for Q4
