 Summary

In January, we were focused on: 

  • preparing and presenting our action plan for 20230 to the Steering Committee (namely to get GO on implementing additional features : Action Planner and Impact Analyzer 
  • verifying accuracy of supplier data
CommentsWe switched to a hybrid (Agile / Waterfall) model where we manage by due date. We also switched to 1-week sprints (hence the X-Xb sprints naming that cover 2 weeks).
