Summary	During that period, we were focused on: closing the "phase 1" project planning for 2023 planning for scope expansion (more GBUs and users) incorporate Solvay's ESG value chain process
Comments	We switched to a hybrid (Agile / Waterfall) model where we manage by due date. We also switched to 1-week sprints (hence the X-Xb sprints naming that cover 2 weeks).
