Initiative objective:

The need for an updated archive of raw material Safety Data Sheets (SDS) which define the inherent risk to a specific employment position in plant facilities across all Solvay sites.

The purpose of this initiative is to implement a unique automated management process for documents and data related to purchased chemicals for all Solvay GBUs and sites,

which will provide all the necessary regulatory information and traceability and lead to:

• a simplification on information management,
• a stronger integration between all stakeholders (Vendors, HSE, Logistic, Production, Purchasing),
• ensuring Raw Materials and purchased chemicals compliance.

This initiative is split over multiple Epics:
