The purpose of this first Retro of the One Voice Program was to define what has been going well during the first Sprint and what could be improved , but also to get the team's feedback about the Scrum Masters proposition to use Kanban instead of Scrum.

At the end of the Retro, the team agreed on using Kanban, starting from the week after on.
