The purpose of this 2nd Retro was to ensure the actions identified during the 1st Retro were properly tackled, and to gather the team's feedback after 1 month of using Kanban.

Due to time constraints, the event was shorter than needed. The feedback exercise was therefore only 50% completed.

Status of the actions identified during 1st Retro : most of the actions are either listed as achieved or in progress (meaning on the good track and following a continuous improvement process).

Feedback after 1 month of using Kanban - Almost all of the "Pirate" inputs were related to the One Voice program activities.
