Main changes coming from SBS    

  • Irritants on filters
  • Improve the interface between BWF and ITSM (tasks linked to HR domain)
  • LOB separation Credit/customs/trade
  • Optimize all tasks for all domains, except HR
  • Optimize information display: additional information to be displayed

Service catalogue update
Fix the basics: changes linked to processes (CRQ, WO, escalation..)

Main changes coming from the User Experience  - "Redesign Homepage and catalogue:

  • Improve the ergonomy of the forms of the most used services following best practices in human factors. Improve clarity and efficiency"
