Defining floor agreements is very useful when several teams with different profil workers ("personas") have to share the same floor environment. 

For example, if you mixed Finance and Communication teams together on the same floor; they do not have the same needs : some of them are more "information workers", others are more "knowledge workers" and their use of spaces are not the same. 

The need to agree on some basic rules is obvious.

For example:

  • If I need to concentrate a lot, I will not book my individual bubble for 3 days long.
  • If I need to innovate with my team and the ideation room is ideal, I will not book it for one day long.

Living together, sharing the same spaces is not so obvious, so let's agree together on some basic rules.
