YOUR CONTACTS in OH: At Site level: meet the OH physician. If there isn’t one on site, establish a contact with the OH physician in charge of the medical surveillance. Identify who is themedical Country Referent (if any), or the medical Regional Coordinator for your Country. Identify the Clinics/Hospitals/Services where the employees could be sent to for complementary tests related with the medical surveillance or for medical emergency, and define an action plan to create a contact/relationship with these Clinics/Hospital/Services, especially if there is no Site OH physician SOLVAY OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH NETWORK
